Book: GOD'S PROMISE OF HEALING.

For most of my life I have had a particular interest in Christian healing prayer. I have been involved with several healing ministries and have seen some people physically healed by God when I prayed for them. Others were healed a short time later. Some of these were quite major physical conditions.

My main involvement has been in what may be called "inner healing", though I prefer the term "transformation." Here I have been blessed to see some significant emotional healing in people's lives through healing prayer.

In 2012 I felt to read a number of books on the question of physical healing. I ended up reading over 30 books on the subject - most of the major works on the subject. After that I wrote a series of studies on God's provision of healing, which are the basis of this book. I'm not sure if there is another book exactly like this one available - and I have read most of the major works.

Then, in 2013, I discovered I had cancer - a very rare cancer that breaks all the rules. I probably have had it for several years. It is so rare the doctors have had difficulty identifying the exact form of cancer, though they have identified the family it belongs to. Unfortunately it does not respond to chemotherapy and is inoperable and, for the same reasons it is inoperable, it is also unable to be fully treated by radiation therapy. Medically it is probably incurable, so I am standing on the promises of God for healing. I'll update this report when God heals me - which  feel confident he will.

So, for me, this is a very personal book - it is "cutting edge" stuff. It is written in the midst of many tears. I hope you find faith in it for your own needs.
