My father, the late Leslie Harris Brough, was a Bible teacher. He lectured at the NZ Open Brethren Assemblies Bible School and preached in many of their churches. His main lecturing subjects were the writings of Paul and Luke, and his contemporaries considered him to be somewhat of an expert on these writings.
Dad's notes were all hand-written but after his death his Son-in-law, James Pinkerton, typed up the version of the notes he had available. I have only tidied up the typing a little, corrected some spelling mistakes and spaced the layout a bit to make it more readable. I have not checked against Dad's original text so any mistakes in the original typing remain (they will only be misspellings of other author's names and Greek and Hebrew words). I thank Jim for his hard work.
His notes were often based on the Greek text, so some may not find this helpful.
Dad taught on a two year cycle and revised his notes every time. I m not sure if this was his last revision or not.
