About my Books.
Like most Bible teachers I started with things that interested me or that were controversial - because I wanted to sort out a position on the issue.
However I came to see that there was a thread right through the Bible that made sense of everything and tied everything together. This is the theme of the Covenant of Redemption. Everything else springs from understanding this.
So if you want to read my books I recommend you read first:
God's Eternal Purpose: The Covenant of Redemption.
This may not sound the most exciting - but if you read it first a lot of questions you may want to ask if you read the other books will be answered for you. Actually it is exciting - I think it is the most exciting thing I have written. When I read through it again I can't believe I wrote it.
The other books all refer back to it and grow out of it - and are based on the concepts of it.
If you are a young Christian - if fact if you have been a Christian for a while, and you have never done a study on Christian foundations, basic doctrines - I recommend reading God's Eternal Purpose and the series on Spiritual Foundations - you will probably get more benefit out of these than anything else. You will be better informed than most other Christians after you have read them. They provide a good foundation to understanding key truths of the Word.
If you are interested in the Bible prophecy books - read God's Eternal Purpose first. Before going on to the meat (the Book of Revelation) you should also read the book on The Second Coming.
I do intend to finish another volume: An Introduction to Bible Prophecy which I will put up when finished. It too, will be introductory to the Book on the Revelation.
